The CRA My Business Account is an important online service provided by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for businesses.
Similar to the CRA My Account for individuals, companies can use the CRA My Business Account to update business contact information, view past tax filing records, and check payment history.
If the business owner already has and has activated a personal CRA My Account, they can use the same username and password to log in to CRA My Business Account.
Here’s how to register for CRA My Business Account:
01. Log in to the CRA website

02. Login Options
Select Option 2: Register for CRA My Business Account through your existing CRA My Account login.
If the business owner already has and has activated a personal CRA My Account, click [CRA Login] and use the same username and password from the personal account to log in to CRA My Business Account.
04. Security Question Verification
Enter the answer to your security question, then click [Next].
Confirm your secure login information again, then click [Next].
05. Link Your Business Number
Enter the first nine digits of your Business Number (BN) and click [Add].
